Who I am

RAD Exercise Physiology (“I”, “me”) is a remote clinical exercise physiology practice operated by Rob Dale in the United Kingdom. For anything in this policy, contact hello@radexercisephysiology.com.

What I collect and why

  • Enquiries and bookings. If you contact me or book a consultation, I collect your name, email address, and whatever you choose to tell me, solely to respond and provide the service you've asked about (UK GDPR lawful basis: legitimate interests, and contract where you become a client).
  • Client health information. If you become a client, I collect health screening information needed to design a safe programme. This is special category data; I process it with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Website analytics. This site uses Google Analytics to understand visitor numbers. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner — decline and the site works exactly the same. Analytics data is never used to identify you personally.
  • Enquiry form and booking. The enquiry form and booking calendar are provided by HubSpot, which stores your submission in my client-enquiry system (CRM) and may set functional cookies. HubSpot acts as a data processor; I use your details only to respond to you.

What I never do

I never sell your information, share it for marketing, or use your health information for anything other than delivering your service safely.

Where your data lives

Enquiry emails live in my email account. Client programmes and training data live in the Vald Health Hub platform, which acts as a data processor. I keep client records only as long as needed to provide the service and meet professional obligations, then delete them.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask me to correct or delete it, or object to processing. Email hello@radexercisephysiology.com and I'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how I handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
